Seared Yellow Fin Tuna Salad and King Oyster Mushroom With Shisso Dressing
Ingredients
- 3/4 lbs of Fresh Yellow fin tuna steak
- 1 packet of king oyster mushrooms
- Shiso dressing
- 1 teaspoon black sesame seeds
- 4 tablespoons canola oil
- Salt and Pepper
Directions
Tuna: On high heat, place a medium skillet, pour oil in pan.
The oil is ready when you can see the ripples in the bottom, almost smoking.
Pat dry the tuna and season with salt and pepper.
Place tuna in the pan, away from yourself and sear each side for 45 seconds.
Remove from the pan onto a plate and place in the refrigerator for about ten minutes.
