Mint and Sage Infused Rack of Lamb
Ingredients
- 1 Rack of Lamb
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp chop fresh mint
- 2 tsp Japanese bread crumbs
- 1 tsp grated Reggiano Parmesan
- 3 tsp ground macadamia nut
- 1 tsp melted butter
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 400 F.
- Trim all the fat.
- Mix the fresh mint and the fresh sage to the mustard and spread
the mixture over the meat. - Mix the macadamia nuts, bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese together.
Sprinkled over the mustard, covering completely. Cover and Let infuse the flavor for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with melted butter.
Roast in oven for 30 minutes until the meat reach a pink color.
- Serve with risotto or garlic mash potato.
