Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail in a Garlic Sauce

- Bring the water to a boil. Cook the shrimp in the water for 3 minutes. Remove and chill.
- Place garlic in blender. Add vinegar and bread crumbs blend for 30 seconds.
- Add the salt and egg yolk and blend until smooth.
- With blender running slowly poor in the olive oil. Blend to a thick sauce.
- Place shrimp on a platter with frises salad and the sauce in the center.
