Filet of Sea Bass with Fresh Aromates

Ingredients

  • 4 filets of sea bass of 180 grams each
  • 8 tsp aromates
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 tsp guerande salt
  • 1 tsp chopped chives
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

Directions

  1. Skin the lemon and dice the pulp into very small dices. Cover and keep refrigerated.
  2. Season piece of fish with salt and pepper and olive oil, cover and keep refrigerated.
  3. Steam for 6 minutes.

  4. Slightly warm the aromates and then mix with the lemon dices.
  5. Arrange each filets of sea bass in the center of a hot plate. Sprinkle the surface with the aromate, a pinch a salt and chopped chives.
