Filet of Sea Bass with Fresh Aromates
Ingredients
- 4 filets of sea bass of 180 grams each
- 8 tsp aromates
- 1 lemon
- 1 tsp guerande salt
- 1 tsp chopped chives
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Directions
- Skin the lemon and dice the pulp into very small dices. Cover and keep refrigerated.
- Season piece of fish with salt and pepper and olive oil, cover and keep refrigerated.
Steam for 6 minutes.
- Slightly warm the aromates and then mix with the lemon dices.
- Arrange each filets of sea bass in the center of a hot plate. Sprinkle the surface with the aromate, a pinch a salt and chopped chives.
