Our First 100% Cabernet Sauvignon Single Vineyard Release!
When putting vineyard blends together for the 2005 vintage, one block stood out above the rest - Block M.
The grapes for this wine were hand-picked from our marquee vineyard block. Minimalist wine making techniques were used to bring out the terroir that truly captures the exceptional microclimate found in our Malibu Hills vineyards.
Upon tasting a barrel sample of this wine, we knew that this vineyard block was unique. So, what does “M” stand for? Whatever you decide, we hope it is memorable...
Characteristics
Exhibits deep purple-red color, with aromas of cedar and toasty oak. Polished flavors of cassis, and black fruits on the mid-palate with hints of black raspberry, dark cherry, anise, and exotic spices on the long, full finish. Robust tannins soften with aeration.
